We collect information you provide when you register and use the service: name, email address, account type (poster/transporter/fleet/driver), profile and contact details, and information related to jobs (pickup/drop locations, vehicle details, bids, messages). We also collect payment-related data via our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) and technical data such as IP address and device information when you use the website or app.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform (matching posters with transporters, processing payments, enabling tracking and proof of delivery), to communicate with you (notifications, support, updates), to improve our services and security, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to run the service: with other users where relevant (e.g. job details with assigned transporters), with payment and infrastructure providers (e.g. Stripe, hosting), and with authorities when required by law.
